The apartment of the Hotel Villa Rodriguez is located on the promontory of Capo della Tavola, also known as Punta Principessa by those who know the ancient legend, a few metres from the Hotel Villa Rodriguez itself.

Immersed in a forest of maritime pines, the Maestrale Apartment is located in a unique position. In the beautiful surrounds of the gulf of Porto Azzurro, the elevated position of the apartment provides a magnificent view over the entire bay, with the town and picturesque port of Porto Azzurro on one side and the Focardo fortress on the other. The view is best appreciated from the large panoramic terrace which runs along the entire length of the apartment and has a table, chairs and sun beds.

The rocks below lead directly to the sea and to the beach at Naregno, where the private area belonging to the Hotel Villa Rodriguez, equipped with umbrellas, sun beds and deck chairs is available, as well as the adjacent stretch of public beach.

Furnished in a simple and welcoming manner, the Maestrale apartment has two double rooms, living room with a davenport unfolding into a single bed, separate kitchen with fridge and oven and bathroom with shower.

The apartment has all the comforts needed to make it welcoming and hospitable, suitable for a splendid holiday for either families with young children or young couples. It has a TV, washing machine, heating and a private parking spot.

Being only a short distance from the Hotel Villa Rodriguez, guests using the apartment can easily use some of the facilities provided by the Hotel. However, the separate entrance and position guarantee the complete tranquillity of the private villa, isolated from the noise of the activities on the beach.
